The user interface for SWIFT's platform provides a variety of useful tools to help participants track their learning plan and career progression. The SWIFT platform will identify vocations that may be appropriate for participants based on their work interests, skills, and experience, while individual skill tests allow participants to evaluate their skill strengths and gaps against requirement specific jobs they match themselves too. Furthermore, the platform allows users to launch online courses, plan for their target careers and link to job postings local to them.
The administrator interface for SWIFT's platform contains all the necessary functionality to enable system administrators to manage the career development of their participant base. It allows system administrators to view and track user progress, create individual employment plans (IEPs), assign tests, authorize course and certification requests, and generate real-time reports on a wide variety of participant activities.
